The chart's header and cards, read live from OpenEMR through its FHIR API.

You sign in on emr.copilot-nick.duckdns.org with your OpenEMR password, and OpenEMR asks on each sign-in what this app may read. Opening the dashboard from a chart in OpenEMR (the “Open Patient Dashboard” card) skips both.
